What's new
2.1.0
Drum patterns, new practice tools and an installable app.
Added
- Drum patterns played along with the click: rock, pop, ballad, funk, shuffle, reggae and bossa nova in 4/4, waltz in 3/4, ballad in 6/8. Each pattern can be heard in the settings; turn off every beat to hear the drums alone.
- Separate volume for the drums.
- Gradual tempo increase: from one percentage to another, in steps of 1 to 10%, every 1 to 16 bars, up to 150%.
- Tap tempo: tap along with a song (button or T key) to find its tempo.
- Accent on the first beat of each bar, on by default.
- Click subdivisions: 2, 3 or 4 softer clicks per beat.
- Silent bars: bars of silence after a chosen number of played bars, to check that you keep time on your own.
- Install as an app, on a computer and on a phone, and use it offline. The “Install the app” button explains the steps on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Three practice articles, in all four languages: practicing a song step by step, playing with the click on 2 and 4, planning short sessions.
- Cookie-free audience measurement with Umami; the Privacy page explains it.
Changed
- The legal notice no longer shows the publisher's postal address.
